scrap and stamp saturday.
1:18:00 PMthe challenge this week over at scrap and stamp Saturday is...creating faux buttons. this can be quite a tricky one if you don't like the look of 'handmade' (sigh). i have issues of my own with that...but nonetheless i create the layout below and love it.
i cut my buttons out of chipboard and then added some gold leafing. i had been working on another project with gold leafing and since i had not got it out of my system i just kept on going. you see, if i am not held back i would gladly golf leaf every piece of furniture i won.
and a piece of leather cord stapled to the patterned paper with my tiny attacher and then snipped into various lengths.
hop on over to the scrap and stamp blog to see what the other design team members came up with. there are some stunning layouts this week. remember to check out the prize you can win if you enter...and remember your stamping!
