more Christmas cards.

7:09:00 AM

where has the time gone? i missed an entire week somewhere but must admit i got a lot of things done - that needed doing! so i don't really feel too bad. these are some more BO-bunny Christmas cards we did in a class on Saturday.
some simple circles punched and glued together become a beautiful Christmas bauble - and you can use all those little scraps for this card.
this 3D bauble is also a great idea to add a decoration to a plain wrapped gift. and don't stop there you can even use it on an ordinary birthday gift.
a stamped ornament on acetate is backed with gold leafing to create a beautiful glitzy bauble. a simple but stunning technique.
remember to use staz-on ink to stamp onto acetate!
some distress inks used to create a background and then stamped onto. i did my colouring with my Tombow pens and finished it off with distress stickles and dimensional glaze.
distress stickles gives lots of texture.
and an accordion card with Santa cut out and some fine silver thread used for sewing.
i hope you are inspired to at least get some of your Christmas cards done in time to be sent out. this week is another hectic one in preparation for some big events coming up in November. i hope you have a creative week!
