a piece cut out of the backgrounds cardstock, filled in with patterned paper from behind and then filled with dimensional glaze
flowers cut from the patterned paper - American Crafts.i added some stickles to add sparkly bits to the flower centres

and one of my favourite inkadinkado stamps with numbers on it to represent the year 2009. i punched a circle from the stamped image and added dimensional glaze to create a nice finished off look.supplies: cardstock Worldwin.
